Notice the word ‘disease’; we feel ‘dis-ease’ when we are sick. We have a choice to take action when there is some slight dis-ease and not wait till it becomes a disease.

We feel aches and pains when our body is not in balance. Removing the aches and pains can be simple with DIY Acupressure Massage and Guasha. It is easily assessable at the doorstep of every home, school and workplace.

We will kick off with a proper on-boarding program (onsite) to help you familiarise with our innovative platform. It will be a bite-sized learning for every session. You will learn only one health concern each time in a self-paced manner. You are encouraged to digest the content, practice the DIY Acupressure Massage and Guasha and share your experience with all peers when we get together virtually or onsite.
