To analyze and understand Global Business scenarios from multiple perspectives including leadership, management, finance & marketing and to be to able to formulate an effective communication strategy for global business competency.
Description
Global MDP comprises of five key modules including Leadership & Management, Basics of Accountancy & Finance, Management Strategy, Marketing Management and Case studies.
In Leadership & Management, we pick up various methods for global team management and the role of different functions in management. We also gain insight in the importance of leadership to successfully navigate business challenges.
In the Basics of Accountancy & Finance, we analyse the financial statements of our own company and to the comparative study of the competitor in the market.
In Management Strategy, we develop an understanding of the present and future environments in which corporations function and then develop analytical and decision making skills for dealing with complex conceptual problems in an ethical manner.
Next in Marketing Management, we hit the field to apply the various theories of marketing. We meet customers and survey the needs of the target markets. Using this data and needs analysis, we start to build our marketing plan.
We wrap up Global MDP with detailed interactions on an integrated case study.
