Advance IT is a comprehensive six weeks program comprising of the core software development skills including Software Engineering, OOPs using C++ with UML, Database, Web Technologies and Fundamentals of Quality and Testing.

In Software Engineering we cover the complete Software Development Life Cycle including Software Requirement Specification, Design Phase, Project Management, Construction Phase, Testing phase, Maintenance phase, Agile Techniques, tools & techniques, coding standards, Test Driven Development, Risk Analysis & Management.

In OOPs using C++ with UML, we examine Object oriented concepts, C++, Programming Constructs, Classes & Objects, Overloading, Inheritance, Polymorphism; UML, Use Case Diagrams including Class, Object, Program, Sequence, Collaboration, State, Component & Deployment, Tiered Architectures and Use Cases in SDLC, Class Relationships.

Next up in Database we cover various aspects of Client/Server Computing, RDBMS, Codd's Rules, Data Models, Normalization & Techniques, ER Diagrams | SQL & PL/SQL: Overview of OORD (Oracle), SQL *Plus, DDL, DML and DCL, Tables, Indexes & Views, Sequences & Snapshots, Cursors, Stored Procedures and Triggers.

In Web Technologies we examine deeply Web architecture, HTML 5.0, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery | Web services & security XML: Syntax and Structure rules, Document Type Declaration, Data Binding, linking mechanisms, style language, parsers, Web Data Exchange | AJAX framework, Web services, Ajax using HTML, CSS and JavaScript.

Finally, in Fundamentals of Quality & Testing, we explore Testing Approaches- Black & White box, Techniques –Static Testing, Dynamic testing; Case Design, V model & levels of testing (unit, integration, bottom up, top down, big bang, sandwich, system, GUI, usability, configuration, compatibility, availability, reliability, installation, UAT, alpha, beta, functional, structure, specialized); Defect management, test metrics, Testing tools and Automation.
